Just sending you a note to let you now how much I appreciate the effort and the time you spent in ensuring I was happy with my new Princecraft deckboat ( that I purchased elsewhere). You folks were gracious enough to re-power me with a 175 Verado which I am very happy with. The quiet running engine is second to none and the power is surprising for a four stroke.
The excellent service you provided both in the shop and at the dock was something that is always promised by dealers but seldom delivered on. As well thanks for looking after the other issues such as the warranty on the seat and looking into fixing the auxiliary battery door that will not close.
I was also very impressed with the technician that did the work on my boat. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything I need to know about the new Verado.
I know that I will be well looked after while boating in the Morson/Nestor Falls area or for any additional marine requirements.

Just thought I'd let you know I made it home with no problems. Thanks for having the boat and trailer in such great shape for pick up. (Clean, Dry and Serviceable) I was really impressed at how simple and straight forward it was to bring something like a boat through Customs.

I thought I would drop you a line regarding the last repair that Craig made to my 1997 FICHT, 150hp, Outboard Motor; I went Crappie Fishing the past two days and ran the motor at all RPM’s. It performed PERFECTLY, no RPM drop at all. I even had to tow a disabled boat for 6 miles at 2000 RPM- no missing or overheating or anything.
The power pack seems to have been the problem. I want to thank you and Craig for your EXCELLENT service and “STICK-TO-IT-NESS” to solve a problem that has haunted me for TWO YEARS!
You and Craig demonstrated exceptional knowledge and extreme enthusiasm to solve this problem. Your efforts saved me many thousands of dollars as I was on the verge of trading my outboard motor in on a new E-TECH 150 when they hit the market this year.
I had written to BRP last fall, asking for suggestions regarding the problem, but they chose not to respond at all. Guess that’s what happens when BRP bought out a bankrupt OMC. Not my problem-Man.
I had gone to 3 other marine dealers in the local area and none of them offered any diagnosis at all, Nestor Falls Marine, Ltd. is indeed an outstanding BRP Representative!

My son and I were recently (week of July 13, 2003) on a fishing trip to Canada.
We spent the week at the Lakeview Lodge fishing for Lake Trout on Crow lake. On Monday morning (5:30 AM) my boat would not start so I brought it to your dealership at 7:30 AM. Your mechanics discovered a neutral switch that was bad and by 8:45 AM I was on my way fishing again. Well, at 2 PM that same day I brought it back in because I had hit a rock with my "prop" and needed a new one.
During these two visits I found your staff to be pleasant, courteous and very anxious to help get me back to fishing. It was greatly appreciated by me and my son. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your dealership for the oustanding service you provided me while I was in Canada.
