Nestor Falls Marine has been selling the float trailer now for 3 years and having great success with it. It is very popular around the lake of the woods area where a lot of my customers are loading their ATV in and crossing to a portage lake and haul the boat across and fish in the next lake or even beyond to another lake. The possibility's are endless. The 20 foot tandem will haul one of the mini trucks you see brought in used from Japan. They are constructed like a sandwich except with foam in between two layers of aluminum. This boat is a real asset if you do anything around a lake. 

The initial concept of the FLOAT TRAILER was to allow ATV and boating enthusiasts to transport their Boat and ATV in the same package.  In the province of Ontario, with thousands of kilometers of roads and over 400,000 lakes, imagine what you can do with a trailer that can be used as a boat and vice versa!  The company representatives witnessed an overwhelming, positive response to the Float Trailer through several trade shows in the spring of 2007. The only model available at that time, the FT 1454  proved itself in the Canadian North at remote fishing lodges, private cottages, hunt camps and local fire departments. But, the true versatility of this vessel became clear when you could actually see people envisioning themselves in the driver's seat and rolling down their road or skimming across their lake.

People are amazed how easily the Float Trailer 1454 is launched in and out of the water by either automobile or ATV. Well proportioned for stable, safe towing on the highway and yet handles surprisingly boat-like in the water.

Featuring high ground clearance and fully independent suspension, it travels over roads that many other boat and trailer combinations cannot. This floating trailer is a durable, high quality alternative to both thin walled, riveted aluminum boats, and steel/wood constructed utility trailers.
